Education Edge: Summer Reading
Summer is a great time to engage children in reading for fun, and reading the books they want to read instead of what is assigned. Sylvan Director, Crystal Cotti, meets with MyFoxAustin Good Day to speak about the importance of summer reading, and ways for parents to get their child involved in summer reading activities.

Special Offer for a Free Math or Reading Check Up!
We are promoting a special offer at our North Austin Sylvan Learning Center only during the month of May. To celebrate our grand opening at Lakeline Plaza, we are offering a FREE math OR reading check up for all school age children during the month of May. All parents have to do is call 512-336-1818 to schedule the check up. Math and Reading Check Ups are academic screenings that reveal a child's academic strengths and weaknesses in a particular subject. Parents can also email northaustin@austinsylvan.com. The address of our new North Austin location is 11066 Pecan Park Blvd. next to the Toys R Us.
